Right now, TunaiKita is officially registered and monitored by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). TunaiKita acts as an arranger under OJK’s POJK/77 peer-to-peer licensing framework to arrange unsecured loans between peer lenders and consumer borrowers. As part of POJK/77, TunaiKita is required to report its financial accounts and loan data to OJK on a monthly basis.
