Please open our TunaiKita app on your phone, log in to your account and then choose “Pay Now” from your Home screen. From there on, please follow all on-screen instructions. You can make repayments either through ATM/Bank Transfer or by paying in store.
ATM/Bank Transfer can be initiated directly from Mandiri, Permata, or BNI through your personalized TunaiKita Virtual Accounts. You can also repay from all other Indonesian banks by choosing “Other Banks” where your repayment will be routed via Virtual Account to Permata.
Note for BCA users: We are currently making improvements to speed up repayments via BCA. As such, repayments from BCA will temporarily be routed via Virtual Account to Permata. To make payment, choose “Other Banks” in the repayment screen.
In order to make repayment process easier for our customers, we are also providing option to pay in store which is via Indomaret outlets. Simply follow these steps:
1. Choose “Pay In Store” - Indomaret
2. Tap on the “Input Amount” field to key in the specific amount that you want to repay or by selecting the suggested amount from the drop down
3. After confirming the amount, you will be getting a payment code which will expire in 24 hours
4. Take your phone to the nearest Indomaret outlet, tell the cashier that you want to make a repayment for TunaiKita and show the payment code to the cashier to be scanned or inputted
5. Cashier will re-confirm your bills and if it is correct, then simply pay at the cashier as the inputted amount. Note: please keep your payment receipt just in case you ever need any help via our support.
