8. I have made a repayment but your app does not acknowledge my repayment.
TunaiKita relies on third-party payment providers for repayments. As a result, we are limited by the functionality and service levels provided by our payment providers. Repayments to us are typically recorded and acknowledged in near-real-time, but it is not impossible for our payment providers to encounter delays on a case-by-case basis due to the complex inter-bank payment infrastructure in Indonesia. We can only reflect your repayment in our app once we receive confirmation from our payment providers. If you have indeed made your repayment, rest assured that your repayment will be received.
If your repayment does not show up after 24 hours, kindly contact Customer Support via our in-app chat or other channels and submit a support ticket.
