8. I have made a repayment but your app does not acknowledge my repayment.
TunaiKita relies on third-party payment providers for repayments. As a result, we are limited by the functionality and service levels provided by our payment providers. Repayments to us are typically recorded and acknowledged in near-real-time, but it is not impossible for our payment providers to encounter delays on a case-by-case basis due to the complex inter-bank payment infrastructure in Indonesia. We can only reflect your repayment in our app once we receive confirmation from our payment providers. If you have indeed made your repayment, rest assured that your repayment will be received.
If the verification timer has expired and app shows failed repayment notice, you can submit a repayment issue from your app’s Home screen. Please fill in all the details of your repayment and attach your repayment proof as well so that our team can check on the issue right away.
